If you ever need to disconnect your Google Account from Semrush, you can follow these steps.
In order to connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console to tools like Semrush, you need to have a specific level of permissions under your Google account.
To connect a Google Analytics account to Semrush, you need to have at least Viewer access.
According to Google, you have two options to check a user’s access level.:
“From the User Management page at the account, property, or view level:
- Search for a specific user name to see that user's permissions.
- Click the Account Permissions column head to sort the list by permissions.”
To connect a Google Search Console account, you need to be at least an Owner or a Full user (restricted users cannot connect GSC to Semrush).
You can see your account’s users and permissions from the Users and Permissions page in Google Search Console settings.
