When will my content order be ready?
The content writing process takes two steps:
  • Creating a title and meta-description takes 2 working days from placing an order with completed brief details;
  • Creating a content piece takes 10 working days from your approval of the title and meta-description.
Revising title and meta-description and introducing changes to the content piece takes additional time.
How will I know that my title and meta-description are ready for review?
A notification will be sent to the email address that you specified during registration. Your order will also be marked as ‘Ready for Review’ on your Orders page.

How many times can I request changes in the title & meta-description and the content piece itself?
You can request changes 3 times each for both title & meta-description and the content piece.
What if I don’t like the content piece?
If you don’t like the content piece, you can request changes. You’re free to request changes 3 times. To do so, you should specify what you don’t like about the piece and how it should be improved.
How can I request changes in the content piece?
You can request changes right in the SEMrush Marketplace interface by leaving a comment specifying what you want to change in the content piece. A writer will introduce the corresponding changes.
Can I request a content piece with faster delivery?
At the moment there is no possibility to make an express order, however we’re working on expanding the SEMrush Marketplace functionality.
Will my content piece be SEO optimized?
Yes, there is an option to order a content piece optimized for search engines. To make this possible, mention this requirement in the ‘Additional instructions’ field and specify target keywords in the ‘Target keywords’ field.
Can I make recurring orders?
At the moment there is no possibility to make recurring orders, however we’re working on expanding the SEMrush Marketplace functionality.
Can I cancel the order and get a refund?
If you’re not happy with the final result of your content piece after three sets of changes, you can cancel your order and get a refund. To do so, send an email to marketplace@semrush.com specifying reasons for a refund. You can find more details in the Refund Policy section.

What languages are available for ordering content?
At the moment, you can order content in British English and American English. However, we will expand the number of available languages in the near future.
What kind of content can I order?
At the moment, you can order blog posts only. However, we will diversify the content types available for ordering in the near future.
Can I request a tailored image / infographic related to my article?
At the moment, we don't accept orders for tailored images. However, you'll receive a stock image related to your article's topic that you can use anywhere.
