Next, explore the data through interactive charts and graphs—e.g., to assess your current market share distribution.
At the top of the dashboard, you'll find AI-powered strategic insights and recommendations. You can click on each of them to see detailed reports.
As you scroll down, you'll find more detailed information on market share distribution, market share vs. sentiment, query intent distribution, key sentiment drivers, areas for improvement, and AI strategic opportunities.
Explore Business Landscape
Click on the "Business Landscape" tab to dive deeper into your market position within different LLMs. You can access detailed:

Explore Brand & Marketing
From here, navigate to the "Brand & Marketing" tab for a detailed analysis of sentiment drivers and opportunities.
This report helps you compare how different AI platforms perceive your brand versus your competitors, focusing on positive sentiment share.
This helps you understand if certain platforms favor specific brands and why.
Based on the insights gathered, the AI then provides detailed brand and marketing opportunities.
These could include suggestions for improving brand messaging, refining your target audience, or optimizing your marketing campaigns based on AI-driven sentiment analysis.
Check out Audience & Content
Finally, head to the "Audience & Content" tab to gain deeper insights into your audience's queries and intent. Here’s what you’ll see:
- Query analysis: Understand the types of queries your audience has about your brand and industry within LLMs. This includes identifying trending topics and questions.
- Audience intent: Analyze the intent behind the queries to understand what your audience is looking for when interacting with LLMs. Are they seeking information, comparing products, or looking for solutions?
Like in all other reports, the toolkit’s AI will generate audience and content opportunities for your brand.
Based on the query and intent analysis, you'll receive specific suggestions like creating new content that addresses unmet needs, optimizing existing content for AI-driven queries, or developing targeted marketing campaigns based on audience intent.
Act on your findings
As you can see, the AI Toolkit provides you with a wealth of data and insights. Let’s walk through an example of a decision you can make based on your findings:
Low market share in a specific LLM:
- Identify the issue: Your Business Landscape report shows a low market share for your brand on a specific LLM platform.
- Analyze the reason: Dive deeper into the Brand & Marketing report to understand the sentiment and key attributes associated with your brand on that platform.
- Take action:
- If the sentiment is negative, address the underlying issues driving the negative perception. This could involve improving customer service, addressing product flaws, or adjusting your marketing messages.
- If the sentiment is neutral or positive but the visibility is low, focus on increasing your brand's presence on that platform. This could involve targeted advertising, content optimization, or collaboration with influencers.
