Vice President of HR Operations
We are looking for a global HR Ops leader to join our HR leadership team as VP of HR Operations (EU & US). HR Ops now: HR tech, mobility & records keeping/local HR Ops. This role will build our HR operations organization across all regions of the company, enabling greater efficiency and effectiveness of how we deliver HR services across our 1,000+ colleagues. We need an analytical, strategic, and pragmatic approach to designing and delivering our HR organization of the future. This role will champion simplicity, standardization, and streamlining of the HR function.
Lead multiple HR processes under the umbrella of HR Operations in all offices: US, EU, RU.
Build external relations and cross-processes with financial, legal, IT, and other teams.
Work with global processes, policies, procedures, catch trends, gather requests, implement new things, evaluate processes of lower relevance, determine priorities.
Manage HR infrastructure design, work with up-to-date data and build an action plan taking into account the company's growth.
Develop the HR analytics direction and link up HR and business.
Example of projects:
Replacement of HR systems. Currently, we are using HR Bamboo, ADP, Recruitee and a number of internal products for employees.
Unified analytics system creation. Currently, in addition to internal reports in every system, we also use Tableau.
Improvement of remote hiring for employees around the world and building an international hiring strategy. Currently, we are using PEO agencies.
Bachelor's degree, Master's is a strong plus.
5+ years of leadership in operational HR.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and delivery with proven, measurable results for managing change.
Business acumen that allows the quick grasp, immersion and understanding of various end-to-end processes.
Flexibility and ability to align with dynamic business needs.
Openness to hearing other opinions
Agility and ability to deal effectively with strategic issues, as well as tactical operational details.
Ability to align operational excellence with functional service delivery and employee engagement.
