We are looking for C&B manager to join a dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

  • sets up the common and unified C&B process for all locations;
  • audits current approach, metrics, policy of salary increases to come up with more effective and common approach which afterwards must be implemented;
  • leads the job evaluation process with the HR BPs team in order to come up with primary grades system;
  • is responsible for ensuring fair and accurate compensation, including regular salaries, bonuses, stock options, pensions, and any additional types of employee benefits;
  • works closely with HR Operations and HR BPs in order to collect current date, evaluate the jobs correctly and provide a common & convenient C&B approach according to company needs & structure;
  • works closely with Finance department on the aim of properly allocated funds and transparent budgeting process of salary increases.

What we expect from you:

  • practical experience in implementing and developing C&B approach and performance management process is a must;
  • a combination of C&B experience in consulting and real sector more than 6 years is the most applicable for this position;
  • great knowledge of international C&B approaches and best practices, such as the knowledge of Mercer or HAY grading and job evaluation systems is a must;
  • ability to work in very fast changing environment and willing to grow professionally within company’s growth;
  • being a confident professional with a degree in C&B or Finance.
