Math Tutoring company to start small and locally to begin, with hopes of future expansion

We designed a fresh, modern, updated conversion optimized website for the client with the latest UX/UI showcasing there classes and programs properly. We ran expert level Google Advertising to begin and optimized, which allowed growth to Social Ads and starting Search Engine Optimization efforts.

Risultato

Within 8 months the client grew from 1 location to 3 in the local area. This allowed for further budget towards the digital advertising efforts to new expanded areas, where the client now has 28 locations Nationally and Internationally.

Client did not have proper UTM tracking setup and also had been running ad campaigns in house with the cost per lead rising on them, which limited the results to under 500 leads a month.

We completed a full stack refinement of the account, and gave structure to the campaigns. We setup proper UTM tracking/tagging and refined the audience targeting. Our team completed WEEKLY analysis (not monthly like most agencies) and completed the optimizations as needed.

Risultato

Through active management, a refined approach, and WEEKLY manual analysis by experts we were able to achieve a 50% lower cost per lead than clients competitors, which allowed the budget to reach even further for 2500 + leads monthly.

Client was spending majority of marketing budget on Google Ads and Social Media Ads and had not spend any attention or focus on growing the long term growth strategy of Search Engine Optimization for organic keyword growth. Client wanted a way to even out spending on paid advertising.

We worked with the client on a budget they could pull from paid advertising that would be sufficient but not limit the efforts there. We completed a full stack audit at project beginning. This developed a unique strategy for there business which we completed 100% tailored deliverables for.

The client was able to begin to rank organically for high search volume, relevant keywords to there business such as "mattress sale near me" (3.1K monthly searches) "mattress store Toronto" (2.5K monthly searches) and many others which drastically lowered the paid ads spending and increased sales.
